Directions

Our office has been located in the beautiful Memorial City Plaza complex just across the street from Memorial City Mall and Memorial City Hospital on Gessner.  We are moving to our new location the last week in July.  Our last day to see patients at this location will be on  July 27, 2011.  Our new location is in the Strayer University Building at 14511 Old Katy Road, Suite 180, Houston, TX 77079.  Our current phone number 713-468-2936 will work for now, but be sure to update your records to include our new phone number 281-493-2936 as well as our new address. 

We will be seeing new patients at our new location beginning August 8th.  We will be sending letters with maps and details very soon!  We are very excited and look forward to seeing all of you at our new home!
